Character Name:Pheonix

Physical Appearance: Pheonix is tall with dark red hair that hangs down around his neck and lays over his shoulder as well as a beard. His beard hang about half way down his body. His normal clothes are rather laid back, hanging loosely from his body. He seems rather laid back, minus his hazel eyes, which are sharp and strong. He normally has a small robotic creature on his body that acts as an assistant to himself for his work. It was spider like in shape, and functionality. The man is very tall and was relatively skinny in comparison to others. He kept his blade strapped to his back Even his uniform, was loosely tossed over his body, as if he didn’t' care for formal attire. Usually on his person he kept a robotic spider like pet that assisted him in menial tasks he wasn't up to doing himself, or acting as a more outwards aggressive personality.
Personality: Pheonix is generally laid back and calm during most situations. He will do whatever he can to help someone or if he feels like the need is great to actually step in himself. He loves to study things and pull them apart, find out how they work. He is very interested in the evolution and growth of hollow as compared to others, and feels like it is an important step in understanding them. He is reclusive by nature, but still shows great manors and kindness to those who are close to him however. If one is to learn anything from him though, he believes that he must put them through the deepest and hottest of Hell's for them to be able to fully understand the concepts that they should learn. He isn't normally aggressive by nature, though he has been known to at rashly or quickly if something interests him greatly.
History: He has lived in the deepest part of Rukongai for the better part of his life. He was known as a weirdo who would study everyone and people tended to avoid him if they never got the chance to know him. His personality can be over bearing, but he is kind and understanding. Those who wish to learn from him or be under him, can find themselves in a hell that even the devil would shudder to think about. He has used what he has built and created to fight against the hollow that attack the outskirts of the town, finally falling to a large group of them, washing up closer to the city of the Shinigami. It was a shinigaim who in fact pulled him from the river and nursed him back to health. This changed his opinion on Shinigami, believing that there was a chance for the group to be saved from their lack of compassion for those in the soul district. Ashamed with himself, he secluded himself for a while watching from a distance for a long time, before returning to Rukongai, hoping to make a difference in the world of the Shinigami, and do what he can to make sure everyone can be safe from the hollow threat.
Plans: Pheonix plans on taking in taking in a small group of what will be his first attempts at creating a Shinigami Academy on Earth, training students in a more flexible and understanding manor in comparison to the militaristic and strict by the book Soul Society. While his men will not hinder the Shinigami from Soul Society, they will not be to eager to reveal themselves to the Shinigami. He will act as more of a guide to the Shinigami Representatives rather then taking the front seat, so as to assess who well his plans are going, however he will intervene if necessary to do so. Though he does hate the hollow he is also fascinated by them, and thinks that they should be studied and understood better if the threat is to be properly taken care of.
Beliefs-
Soul Society: The ways of Soul Society have fallen behind in their attempts to fight hollow and defend the humans. They don't' want to move forward or evolve, just like their opponents. He refuses to be a part of a group that will inevitably fall apart on it's own, however he will not leave those willing to move forward to rot.
Humans: He believes that can be stronger then they work and show great pride and ability in defending those they care about. He is cautious of what they will do and is afraid of what will happen if they are pushed to hard.
Vizard: Does not yet know of them or understand about them just yet.
Quincy: Does not know of the Quincy yet.
